think its original intention was keep support/defend CSW/ realted lawsuits. but it can expanded further depending on case.

Yes, it would be good for nostr developers if it could be extended to nostr.

If CSW is required to pay attorney fees in most or all of his cases, I would imagine that would replenish the funds to be put to other defenses.
