Here is a difficult question..
An opportunity has presented itself to me which could definitely increase my fiat earnings in a much shorter timeframe as it’s a mining (not BTC) but the potential it lasts longer than 5 years is high.. but where I’m currently working it’s extremely stable but goes against my entire morals and ethics - I’m just a cog in the wheel of corporate bureaucracy..
The start up I’ll be the CEO…
Give me some solid advice here please

It depends on your risk tolerance. Like I would choose to stay as a cog in the wheel because I feed a family. If you're young you normally have more risk tolerance.
If you're like me, the safest bet is to start a business but not at the cost of losing your job. See if this new business is sustainable or something you want to do long-term, then if it pays better then quit.
SO.. I’m 36 married - no kids yet.. “job” currently is mind numbing and i believe my skills can be used much better in a high risk opportunity but there are risks here because the “job” I’m in is ultimately a family business and i was given the opportunity after making a monumental fuck up decision to leave my own business
Let’s say I’m earning $1500 per month at the job - the opportunity will be $7500 within 6 months but could last 12 months or 5 years…
Opportunity will also pay me 100% in BTC…
That's a huge difference, I would take the job. You said you're currently in a family business which means when you get laid off of the other job, it should be easy to return to your grind after you've made some decent money.
If you can't return but you're also confident of your skills, you could land a different job or start a business.
Take all this with a grain of salt of course, no one knows your situation better than yourself, just think in terms of risk tolerance
Yeah so agreed on the points.. but the opportunity within the family business is more succession planning than anything 👆🏻
Money isn’t my motivated.. BTC is so yeah it’s tough..
