Given your theory, there's a logic behind bitcoin that doesn't play in the hand of people strongly supporting control over others. And I mean this guy was all for guns to police only, stfu when talking to authorities etc. It just doesn't make logic sense, but he was too dumb to think that far. Which isn't much.

Yes that's true. Bitcoin is harder to control than other tech. Who can say why a Satist likes bitcoin buy even the dumb ones can use it. Of course that's great accessibility in a way and perhaps a cruel duality of human nature that even the wretches of society can use it.
