It's kinda sad but I'm at the point and age where it's too exhausting to try and counter someone's POV. I just mute/unfollow now if it's too retarded. I've tried for years. It's futile and almost always ends the same and we just end up back where we started in the discussion. It seems people are now less inclined to even attempt at comprehending someone else's perspective.
