I mean the building itself and the surrounding area looks beautiful. Just that those cracks in the walls seem to indicate a failing structure. Get a small enough earthquake or a large enough truck rumbling by and there is a chance that the building would crumble and the wall could fall.

I watched something on TV recently where one of those major building collapses of late was noted in inspections prior to collapse that they had stress cracks that looked like those seen in your video.
