England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿: The Bank of England has adopted gender-neutral terminology that suggests people of any gender identity can get pregnant.

The bank’s presentation explains that the term gender neutral refers to “the parent who is/was pregnant with the child, but includes people of any and all gender identities.”

The bank is also offering to pay its employees to undergo sex reassignment surgery under its private health policy.
