Bank-paper (bank-notes) is how the great swindle was possible and is the foundation upon which the Federal Reserve was built. Without bank-notes, fractional reserve is impossible, and consequently so is "money elasticity" and inflation. Inflation is the means by which the abundance produced by the saints (Rev 17:6) is siphoned to concentrate power onto Wallstreet and consequently finance wars. These are the bricks in the road to eternal war. There is no regulation that will change it, only ossify it.
