To each their own.
I’d choose a nice ribeye 100/100 times over any other cut of anything.
Rib eye is the best, I do love a tri tip cooked over wood fire, but lamb is good too.

Never. Ever. It’s always one or the other.
I’ve had some spectacular ny strips, but I can’t seem to replicate at home.
