I don't want to talk to anyone anymore.

Except for people on nostr.

I am almost there. Other than my wife, my kids, and a biweekly mens group meeting in town. And that is kind of under my terms in a lot of ways.

When those relationships with the ones closest to you are breaking down, it can get us there. Especially for us hermits.

Hopefully its only temporary.

But some things can never be unspoken :(

I feel you. Everything is temporary. And when something passes, something new comes along.

But at the same time sometimes its OK to be "sad" temporarily.

Yes. I think we have to. Its part of it. When I feel low, I kind of like to embrace it and feel it out. Some would say to change your mindaet or whatever. I think feelings need to be felt.
