I did say theoretically speaking. Not saying it’s going to happen tomorrow but what if there were relays in every starlink, every appliance, every car, we wouldn’t need legacy infrastructure to send information. If relays were blanketed over the earth we would have a new internet which would be interoperable but not dependent on the legacy infrastructure
