It makes you sad because you keep seeing #btc with $ eyes.
Nobody pays less sats if we trade between people.
For example if someone #zap me on this post, I will get that amount of sats and no more and no less.
I don’t, my employer pay me in $. Which translate to less sats if I want to buy them.

The #btc system is for people to be happy and free.

There is no happy without sad. At least not on this live.

At least in this life, there are only two choices.

Not really agree with you on this one.
Can’t choose to be happy if you’re sad, or vice versa. This two intrinsically connected, its a duality.
You can be sad even if you had Bitcoin, for many many reasons, and that’s ok… all humans explore this emotions
