Fast food may need to pay beyond minimum wage, but prices will increase slightly;
Generally, upwards pressure on minimum wage jobs;
Rent and real estate prices decline;
Less strain on infrastructure;
No need for hundreds of billions in public spending in housing;
middle class standards improve;
standards of the wealthy decline.
