I'm thinking about giving up sugar in my coffee. ☕️ Some people say it's very bad for your health.
Any thoughts? 🤔

Stevia!
I've tried stevia once.
It's not bad... 😋
Safest alternative to sugar
Monk fruit extract is great as well ^^
If you absolutely need sweetness, stevia & monk fruit are very good alternatives. Some people either don't like the taste/aftertaste or have digestion issues with them so don't forget another good alternative called erythritol (sounds scary, I know, but it's not - which is often mixed in with monk fruit sugar as well).
Prefer drinking it black myself. Taste better.
🤔
Black coffee is very bitter for me.
I think I have to get my Palate used to drinking coffee without sugar
I take raw honey over sugar in my coffee. It’s delicious.
HONEY!!!
Thats also a very good idea!
Pro Top: Use raw honey.
Not only are you supporting a farmer/ small business … raw honey has health benefits store bought doesn’t. You can taste the difference.
🤦🏽♀️🤣
👏👏👌
I looooove me some raw Manuka honey on just about anything. It’s basically liquid gold. Probably magic. Maybe nectar of the gods, Idk. 🤷♂️😋🍯
Def one of the bear necessities if you ask me 👌🐻

I (happily) ruined creamers or sweeteners in coffee for my wife or I.
We switched to using an Aeropress to make the coffee, and have been drinking almost exclusively black coffee for years now.
They're only like $30, and changed our coffee forever.
Pro tip: people also make a reusable microscreen filter that does away will paper filter circles entirely.
Thank you for the tip #[3]
🙏💜
adding sugar to things is the fast track to developing cancer, disease, other bodily decomposition
