LNBits wallets. You can load them up in nostr:nprofile1qqsrf5h4ya83jk8u6t9jgc76h6kalz3plp9vusjpm2ygqgalqhxgp9gpzfmhxue69uhk7enxvd5xz6tw9ec82cspp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezumrpdejqd2970s or Blue Wallet and use them like any other Lightning wallet, in-game and out.

Do players have a lightning address that can receive blood as zaps?

If SoapMiner will accept it straight to a lightning address then sure. We don't yet work with bolt11 invoices until the full GUI is finished.
That being said we'd prefer players take custody of their earnings and not use our game as their wallet. We're here to provide a game experience not a wallet service.
That's fair, and I would definitely prefer to see Sovereign Craft use NWC, but it was created with easy onboarding for those who haven't ever used Bitcoin in mind.
