What brand do you recommend?

The one that says creatine monohydrate 5000mg

nostr:npub1ghcetnluhryhynhuyj8s2pazldjm27wl40nu6dfeskvpv09twcnsneygat yeah follow nostr:npub1ehkvx8rdjsrwnf7kkqr8gy42vcwe6vwgqdwrl4juqccp689v8wfqr3mz4s advice. I’ve read similar advice.

I just finished a bottle that I don’t think was pure. Whatever was in it made me train like I’m in my 20s again!

The good ones also seem to be the German made stuff…

I just bought 1kg (for the year) of micronised Creatine. Micronised just dissolves better as it's fine powder vs unmicronised which clumps in the water and is grainy.

The packaging was just a brown plastic lined paper bag, but inside is the good stuff, so looks don't always translate to value (it was cheaper and better quality too).

Most, if not all, is the same, you just pay for branding and some plastic tubs, especially from these sports shops.

Always read the ingredients; some brands mix sugar, whey and other stuff like glucose into it to make "power mixes" or whatever shit.

Hey, 30min before training right?

bulksupplements.com creatine monohydrate. quality shit for cheap. anywhere else is way over priced. 5g a day. which is one teaspoon if memory serves

Oh yeah this is much more reasonably priced. I was going to buy it from lineage for $40. Is this brand clean?

you mean is bulksupplements clean? very much so. their stuff in powder form has nothing added at all.

About to have some now after today's workout 👌

Sure is. Very safe too.
