I got 8 yesterday while working 10 hrs in a plant and two this morning over breakfast. I think the $100k is doing all the heavy lifting here.

One thing that helped sell it was I told them bitcoin is two things mainly:

1. A savings technology, not a get rich quick scheme.

2. It is an ego test. Regret is built in to bitcoin, everyone gets the price they deserve and wish it was sooner. Everyone learns the lessons about trust, third parties, and self-custody. You have to have gratitude that you got in at all (off zero) and gratitude that bitcoin exists as a way to escape theft by inflation.
