Well said π»π€
DANG!! Thatβs incredible!!
So no tax at all then?
Yes, zero tax after 3 years. First hodl, then use it like legal tender, spend & replace π

Any Czech speakers here? I'm not one, just curious
π
Great work. Congrats! π»
Well, you have to prove you held for 3 years. So you need to kyc.
MICA with all the travel rules, vasps and no anon buying is pretty agressive and bad.
But yep, the 100 000 czk (~$4k) limit is a good thing no doubt.
Would love to see the full text of the mica directive clarification in english, if it exists?
Same for a business?

no capital gains tax at all? or not until a certain threshold?
No long term capital gains (3 year holding threshold). And you pretty much have to KYC for the purchase.
The spectre is haunting the world - the spectre of Bitcoin.
This is how Bitcoiners get fooled each and every time.
No capital gains tax in exchange for making your BTC perfectly traceable through KYC identification.
What they didn't tell you is WHEN they plan to reintroduce (unrealised) capital gains or wealth tax.
Adversarial thinking got down the drain some time after the block size wars.
#Monero
Are you fools for KYC'ing your stack to get state approved 0 taxes for a year or two before they need fresh capital from the KYC cattle that is now you?
No KYC. No tax.
You are just one paranoid cryptoanarchist, and dangerous at that I might add π
Also what happened to separation of money and state? Do Bitcoiners these days really believe that now the law is above the code/word? So they bow down to the priests that bring them 0 taxes laws.
You are in for a rude awakening.

Is this true??

Every bitcoin in Denmark needs to go to Czech before 2026
Yeah but nobody here has any bitcoin, so why should we care, right?

Went to Prague before I was into BTC, now that is a big reason to go back π§‘
And the same could be taxed differently again next yearπ€·ββοΈ
Europe will slowly become more Bitcoin friendly.
Czech Republic, Portugal, Germany, Slovenia are now countries that have 0% Bitcoin capital tax rate.

No capital gains theft can be assessed on Monero.
