In the latest Soapbox, the emojis you use most are automatically shown first in the quick selector.

I also ditched Twemoji and we just render emojis from the OS now.

Yes. This is Alex's Ditto server for testing. The main one is Ditto.pub and you can deploy your own, I don't know what to call it in Nostr terms, relay/client(?) of your own.
