I imagine it requires mandarin. Can you share the name of the network?

There's no network exactly, just a guy we work through. If you wish to buy or sell you contact him on Wechat and he then returns with a quote. Then you transact.

That said, it is in Mandarin. Still, not overly complicated.

Well, what we've done has been through bank transfers. If you've a local bank, then sure. Don't know of any cash deals, and even if there were I'd probably advise against it.
