Did you lose your followers or people you follow? Also how…messing with relays? I noticed my follower count went down when I disconnected some of the free relays, but I think it was a matter of the paid relays catching back up with me. My count seemed to come back over the next week or so. I never saw a fluctuating accounts I was following though.

After deactivating relays... lost follows only. Reimported by the snort import feature. But maybe missed a few.
I deactivated my free relays, now only connected to 2 paid relays and in filter from paid relay, I feel like my followers recovered within a week. I think if you’ve done something similar, they will reappear. I think one of the relay runners told me that you don’t “lose” them, it just takes a little while for the Relays to sync up with your account again.
I’m sure I’m not using the correct terminology here, but hopefully I don’t sound to dumb.
I’d give it a few days and not worry too much about it.
