You never know and for what reason you might be banned or blocked. Of all the places, it was at the cottage where the local ISP had decided to ban certain domains (.app). I thought my sites were down, and after a bit of troubleshooting, fired up my VPN with an exit node elsewhere. All worked fine from that point on. Lesson-learned, always have a VPN at the ready to use when travelling
