Is that a gooseberry? I never saw one until about two years ago, and now I see them all over (without the cover).
Looks like a ground cherry to me. At least that's what we call them.
Oh! I see that's another name for gooseberries. And I see they do have the cover on them. It's crazy how popular they seem to have gotten lately. I do like them though lol

We call it Physalis ! It's very good, it helps to "melt" the fat , that builds in our brain.
Says my friend that knows a lot about plants.
