Very good here, looks like I might be setting up my very own Parallel Polis (thanks for that btw). There's a lot of empty buildings here and an organisation is helping artists take over spaces on short term leases for very low rents (6 months to 1 year) so I've put my name in so we'll have a space for gigs, live streams, hacker meets etc.

Submitted a basic proposal yesterday and initial feedback seems positive so I think it's a goer... Awaiting an email today. :80s:
