Anyone imploring you to trust the experts when you no longer trust them is basically just saying their judgment of who to trust is better than yours. But if they don't demonstrably have expert judgment, their argument is DOA by its own terms.

Seemed that Murray’s entire premise was that unless one is an “expert” - whatever that means - the conversation shouldn’t even be had. Though he refused to say that directly, it’s what he said multiple times.
