On nostr, you can say anything that you want, preserve your privacy to as much extent as you want, ditch any nostr app you don't like for something else without data loss.

You don't, you work to mitigate it, see the report feature? It doesn't go out to any central authority, it goes out to all users, who can tak their own decisions on what content to censor for themselves, and clients should make it easier for users to do it.
