Seems like the US is going to have to accumulate as much as possible as quietly as possible while trying to bring production back on shore to be ready once the dollar loses appeal. Taking on more debt to buy Bitcoin would be a clear signal to everyone else that they probably should just buy Bitcoin and not US debt.
