I’ve written 4 songs now and I’ve gained a whole lot of respect for artists. Song writing is the easy part for sure.

Of the 4 I’ve written, only 3 belong in the same album, and that’s only like a quarter or maybe a third of an album.

And I’ve just been putting them into Suno to generate the songs, actually going from lyrics to song completely manually would be so incredibly difficult, especially on your own.

Suno can definitely help with inspiration but it never gets the exact style I want, which motivates me to actually produce the songs myself (or get help from real people)

Suno songs all start to sound the same after you’ve made a few. I think apps like that can be ok for giving inspiration or sparking an idea, but real art comes from a place within us that AI can’t replicate.

If you give it a detailed prompt, sometimes it will follow it lol. Certain songs, it will just do whatever, like if it’s a somewhat sad song = piano 90% of the time.

Can’t really do negative prompting. Definitely not going to replace actual artists any time soon for real music.

For like a podcast intro or something, it’s good enough, but it’s already overused. Like you don’t need a new AI song every day in your 30 min podcast

Suno is a music AI? 4 songs is quite a bit! Well done!
