Oh dear! I guess your options are: crash it; insert earplugs and ride it out; or call the cops and complain. In my neighborhood, if you fire off guns (in the air, to break it up), you will be arrested.
It's okay, my neighbor asked for my permission.
Today is his birthday, but I still don't like loud noises because I like peace and quiet.
