In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the moons on your nails (lunulae) are considered an indicator of overall health and energy levels. Healthy, well-defined moons are associated with strong Qi (vital energy) and good circulation, especially in the digestive and cardiovascular systems.

Why it’s good:

Having visible moons suggests a balanced Yin-Yang, strong metabolism, and good vitality. If they are missing or very small, it may indicate Qi deficiency, blood stagnation, or poor digestion, which could lead to fatigue or other health concerns.

Mine are non-existent besides thumbs.
