I haven't dug deep into it, but when you look at it for humour, the whole Somali thing is hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing at the last report I read about it.

Imagine dropping a kid off at those places. Makes no sense
My mom used to run a daycare service out of our home, when I was in elementary school. It was a good way for her to work while staying home with my sister and I. We would get home cooked meals every day, play outside and do fun things.
I couldn't imagine dropping my kid off at any of those daycares, attached to a strip mall. Can't go outside because it's a parking lot. Indoor is full of neon lights and plastic bullshit. It just looks really fiat.
Have a friend whose wife does this. Just a handful of kids in her house. Place is decked out for kids. Toys, books, playground, loving environment.
Contrast that with non-English speaking Somali, blacked out windows, etc.
