Meta & google glasses when they first came out already showed how you could profile people through public databases. College students from harvard used them in various situations proving the dangers. One a guy used in a bar to find out as much as he could about a girl before he walked up to her & hit on her. Through public information & facebook he knew everything he needed to know about her just by pointing his glasses to her & saying "Meta look up all public records of that person i'm looking at who is that?"
Another person used it just recording everything in a doctors waiting room & having meta look up public records of medical information which was easily accessible because of hospitals switching to the MyChart electronic systems & all the legalities behind it on what is public & what is private. Since most people just yes everything on forms just to see the doctor not knowingly they opted into a lot of services which can legally & freely distribute your medical information.
Theres more examples they proved & what facebook did in response was just rework meta ai to make it harder for the public to obtain this info but for law enforcement, meta, google, microsoft, apple, & government agencies the ai is suppose to recognize who has the privliage & will actually make it easier then it was to access a database of information on people.
