I tried the gossip client on W10 but with no luck... I could only open ot once and try to load my npub but it wont pull any notes. Rebooted, reinstalled it and nothing, it doesn't run :(

It starts with zero relays configured. You must configure which relays you want it to use. Otherwise, it has no idea where to get anything, including where to get your list of relays!
Imagine if you tried to use nostr on mars, but it gave you default relays that only work on Earth. That would be terrible. Gossip has to be mars-ready.
Try running it from a cmd shell or a powershell and see if it prints anything to the shell window.
You answer me in the telegram group, If I got it right it was because of other clients doesnt use recommended_relays_url
