How can I get a lightning network "address" using a mobile lightning app? I am not currently running my own lighting network server. My preferred mobile wallet for LN is "Blue Wallet" but I will install whatever as long as it works on Android.

Wallet of satoshi is ez mode for LN address. Tradeoff is it is custodial.
