Has their been cases of doxxing and harassment on #Nostr?

I feel like it would be difficult to manage because people could easily spread the doxxxed persons info with no recourse

Are you describing nostr or the internet. Both things do facilitate these kinda behaviour.

I have not heard of doxxing here. But people treat nostr like twitter so its self published info out here which is okay.
