I used to be big into tofu broccoli stir fry’s for about six years as a vegetarian and near vegan.

I eventually went in a different direction (low carb, permaculture), but these sorts of images bring back so many memories.

I’d say a homemade peanut butter sauce I make which is mainly peanut butter, soy sauce and rice vinegar
