Has anyone thought about how when you buy things, house, car, etc, you actually lose freedom?

That's why I live under a tree out of a backpack.

I think that’s why I am so not interested in buying things anymore

You own nothing but Bitcoin, and you won't have to file taxes.

Yes. But not having a car in a rural area has been incredibly frustrating.

Yeah, I think you are right. Buying and owning things locks us into the rules of our society even more. Most of these rules are just made up by some one who had a strong influence at some point in history. We've taken these rules as gospel and never really questioned them. The more locked we are into the rules of our society, this stops us from operating outside the rules of our society, and so makes us less free. Thats why we can feel much lighter when we give things up. When we give things up, it becomes easy to operate outside of these so called rules.

Feels liberating 💪
