It provokes thought into how truly powerful our words are. So many are oblivious to the power behind their words..
Used with positive intent, we feel good, and therefore justified and at peace.
When we condemn ourselves and or others, we’re only further punishing ourselves and therefore we end up binding our minds and spirit with anxious thought, anger, fear, wrath, etc.. it will never serve us.
