How the f does it have 3000+ addresses as an output
Outputs are super small, just a hash and amount...

Is it just assembled on a spreadsheet or something? Bitcoin core? I wonder what software they use
Many wallets support pay to many.
But for a transaction of this value, I'd guess Bitcoin Core was used, with some custom rpc magic ontop.
