How many times in its probability distribution was it fixing your code :)

look we don't need to get specific

let's focus on results

Stop fighting with your LLM brother or go to your room…

relax mom we're just vibing

lol. My fam “fights” about LLMs not with them :)

I love it when it starts loosing it's context and starts revamping the same thing in various ways that are more and more inefficient. So fun. 🤦‍♂️

When it starts to loop like this just ask for a summary and start a new conversation. This one trick has helped me SO MUCH. Give it a try.

Sometimes the summary makes it obvious what info has fallen out of the context window. So you can just tweak it before starting again.

It also helps my thinking because I'll be rushing through various problems and fixes so that stuff falls out of my context window. Summarizing it all in a list just brings all that context to the surface so I can think clearly about it.

We're not really that different from the machines. Just different hardware.

It's always obvious from my experience.. It's just funny how bad sometimes it can't recover and you HAVE to start fresh. More memory to throw at it helps, only for so long.
