Interesting. I get hungry every 2-3 hours, but I also eat rather small portions at a time. And I've never been a fan of junk food (thank God and my parents, hehe 😁). Happy Friday Sean.

I normally ate 3 meals in a day and always craved a snack in-between. Now I'm eating only meat and 'low carb' veg (root veg). Last meal ~6pm. Just eat when I need to. I've never felt so satisfied. Happy Friday!
