Ah sweet. Am wonderful goals. Totally in support for the higher protein fat diet ideally animal based.

Have you located a good primary water source on your land? Do you know about that? Have you seen a portion of a presentation I have shared in the past? Something definitely worth doing to ensure purest virgin water source if you are already investing in the digging of well.

Yes I will try to eat mostly meat, milk, and eggs

Thanks. I'll have to check that out when I get a chance. I already have a casing for a well put in, so it may be too late to look for virgin water

Check it out. You never know. It may just be that it is just slightly deeper than your plan to dig.
