It s about regulatory. Signal will be responsible for the funds.

Especially given the court rulings these days. And mints are undoubtedly custodial.

It a funny proof of concept but realisation is completely delusional.

It all comes down on how it is setup and what the jurisdiction is I believe. But I am not a lawyer, I just write code.

In the end I am bullish on privacy. It might come across delusional, but only because we live in a dystopia.
