Where is USB debugging located when you unlock developer options on Graphene OS? Trying to follow some instructions for Android from a software that hopefully will help me restore some disappeared WhatsApp messages but the interface is different.

Well that sucks. This software wants me to pay $45 to upgrade to recover a whatsapp message. There's got to be another option.
I just need to recover a disappearing message from WhatsApp. Any leads?
