If you sprint just once a week for something like 5x100 at even just 60-70% of capacity, you are already doing what 95% of males over 30 don’t do.
Don’t lose the capacity to do what you did naturally when you were a kid. At the same time, don’t be dumb and injure yourself. Be smart and play the long game.
Use it or lose it.
once you get to 45 if you aren't maintaining what you got it takes 10x the effort to get it back
