Tis peach season here is beautiful British Columbia. I'm about to start a load of these beauties in the freeze dryer. If they are nearly as good as the batches last year we are in for a treat. They should be available on the site in exchange for sats in a few days. Let me know if you want me to save you some.

Nice looking peaches!
We recently got a similar freeze drier. What are your parameters for the process, or do you use the default settings? We don't have peaches on our farm, but we do have apples, plums, pear, asian pear & berries. I look forward to experimenting with the freeze drier. Eventually we'll have more eggs than we can use.
Nice. I think we are basically default with an extra 3 hour dry time. Sometimes we need to add more time after that as well. Scrambled eggs do really well.
