We all tend to live in echo chambers because it's less effort, less discomfort, less stress.

Scripture has a similar but slightly different take. Proverbs 12:26, Proverbs 13:20 and 1 Corinthians 15:33 all recommend surrounding yourself with good people, people who will challenge you and help you grow, but who won't lead you astray. This is the advice I take; it seems to be the wiser path.
