Ok I’ll bite. As a home cook who typically only cooks for a small family, and very occasionally cooks for a party of say 8-12, do I ‘need’ this?
I have a small quality consumer grade pepper mill which has served me fine.
There is no comparison with anything you ever experienced, the only closer thing is putting peppers in the coffee grinder.
Imagine getting 1 spoon of grind from 2ish turns
Got it. If I ever really get into making BBQ I’ll surely check this out. I love black pepper and I think I use more than most ppl, but I’ve never found that mine takes too long to use
