As a Christian I believe the Holy Spirit is a gift to believers, he is not given to unbelievers.

But what they mean is effectively pantheism, that God *is* us, and cannot be revealed as such, until we are all one (Communism). God is effectively scattered and trapped in many shards and *we* must free *him* by melding our individualities into one collective being.
