Something I’ve started doing a lot more of this year is tipping

10% on things where I can. Consulting fees, hotels, restaurants, taxi

It feels great

And people really appreciate it

If I can’t afford 10$ for every 100$ now, then I will never be able to do it when Bitcoin is another 10x from here

Appreciate the sentiment and your efforts are noble. Still, businesses that won't pay their employees a living wage or otherwise not rely on customers' tips shouldn't exist in their current form.
