this was afterr crafting four replies to messages that had come into gossip, before i realized the ethernet was off. LOL

I'm doing alright. Had a pizza and a beer lol
sweeeet. i almost had pizza but made 3 days of stew instead. :) peas beef, golden lentils spices, potatos, such and such :) love cast iron cookin. took a walk, got 4 beers, (this local joint). had one. hazy ipa. super nice. tastes clean, and not like its full of garbage like the big boys or the craft places that got bought out over the last decade.

may have added some, not sure but it's finally close to almost gone.

it does. you fill a 12" cast iron pan with whatever goodies you think will be good, top it off with some broth, leave it on a medium heat about 20m, then turn it down towards low, and in about an hour you have food for the next 4-5 days depending on how much you eat at a sitting. its dense, both in nutrients, flavor and taste, and if you eat more than a bowl to the top you're going to feel it and not in a good way. LOL
